Job Summary:

As a Caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will have the opportunity to provide companionship, emotional support, and daily living assistance to individuals in their own homes. Responsibilities:

  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients

  • Assist with daily living tasks such as meals, light housekeeping, and personal care

  • Administer medication reminders and assist with medication management

  • Help clients maintain independence and dignity

  • Build trust with clients and families

  • Be punctual and provide reliable care

What We Offer:

Requirements:

  • 18 years or older

  • Pass background check

  • Reliable transportation

  • Must be willing to work in the Livermore, Tracy, and Modesto areas

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Valid driver's license and insured car

  • Caregiving experience (professional, family, HHA, CNA, or medical assistant)

  • Experience with seniors or special needs

  • Valid CPR Card

  • Bilingual is a plus

  • Strong communication skills

  • Be compassionate and adaptable

  • Team-oriented and positive
