Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities:

Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient's needs
Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories
Perform assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures
Monitor clients' conditions; reporting changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager
Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
Perform client assessments as necessary
Case management and coordination
Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided, utilizing a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet

Qualifications for a Registered Nurse (RN):

A current license as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina.
A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical experience.
Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
Ability to travel to cases as assigned.

Additional Information:

Base Pay, depending upon qualifications: $55-58 per point

Infusion Clinical Nurse (Hourly)

Overview: Coordinates and performs all aspects of skilled infusion nursing care for patients in the home setting or ambulatory infusion suite. Participates in teaching patients and identified care givers home management of the infusion patient. Provides leadership by working cooperatively to establish priorities and goals of patient care. Provides services to clients in accordance with the state nursing laws, rules, regulating company policy, and accepted professional standards of practice. Responsibilities: Provides care including patient assessment and reassessment, patient and caregiver teaching, development and revision of the Plan of Care and Plan of Treatment, implementation of physician orders, patient response monitoring, response to emergency patient needs and psychological support.
