Job Summary:

Aspire Senior Living Platte City is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. As a Registered Nurse (RN) at our skilled nursing facility in Platte City, Missouri, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality personal care services to our residents. Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care to residents, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and developing individualized care plans

  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination

  • Participate in daily Shift Report and update resident records accurately and timely

  • Assist in daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding, as needed

  • Monitor and report any changes in resident conditions to care management team

Requirements:

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Missouri

  • Experience in a skilled nursing facility, long-term care or related field preferred

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
