Minimum Qualifications

  • New Graduate Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners are encouraged to apply.

  • Strong clinical assessment, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Willingness to learn urgent care procedures and diagnostic interpretation through training and mentorship.

  • Must possess a current Pennsylvania state license applicable to their profession prior to employment.

Education, Licensure & Certification Requirements

Physician Assistants

  • Master's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program.

  • NCCPA Certification required.

  • Current Pennsylvania Physician Assistant License required.

Nurse Practitioners

  • Master's degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.

  • ANCC or AANP Certification required.

  • Current Pennsylvania Nurse Practitioner License required.
