Responsibilities

Provide high-quality, personalized care and companionship to clients in their homes, following established care plans and protocols
Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and medication management
Monitor and report changes in client condition to the healthcare team, ensuring seamless communication and coordination
Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, their families, and healthcare providers
Demonstrate empathy, compassion, and understanding in all interactions, upholding Maya Home Care's commitment to "My Care, May Way"

Requirements

Minimum of 0 years of experience as a CHHA (new graduates welcome to apply!)
Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) certification
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and healthcare providers
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed
