We are looking for an experienced male caregiver for a client, 7 days a week from 3:30 PM to 9:30 PM.

The caregiver must have experience working with stroke patients and clients with paralysis, including:

Safe transfers and proper use of a gait belt
Toileting and personal hygiene assistance
Bathing/washing and dressing assistance
Meal preparation and feeding assistance as needed
Light housekeeping
Assisting and encouraging the client with prescribed exercises
Maintaining fall-prevention and safety precautions at all times

Requirements:

Active California HCA registration
Current TB test/clearance
Valid Social Security Number (SSN)
Legal authorization to work in the United States
Previous hands-on experience with stroke/paralyzed clients and transfers
Dependable, patient, professional, and physically capable of safely assisting with transfers

Immediate start available.

There is also a possibility of increasing the schedule to up to 12 hours per day in the future if the client and family are satisfied with the caregiver.
