Initial Screening Criteria: Graduation from a Nursing Program accredited by the Texas Board of Nurse Examiners required AND At least three (3) years of work experience as a RN in a recognized health agency, hospital, or health care facility. All these diseases are vaccine preventable. As a result, state hospital policy requires employees be vaccinated according to their level of contact with individuals.
