Comfort Keepers is looking for dependable and compassionate caregivers to provide personalized in-home support to seniors in the Weatherford, TX (76086) area. Compensation & Benefits

  • $15.50–$17.00 per hour, based on experience and CNA certification
  • Additional $1.50/hour weekend differential

What We’re Looking For

  • At least 1 year of experience providing care to seniors through an agency, facility, or private-duty setting
  • CNA certification is preferred but not required
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Reliable transportation and current auto insurance
  • Ability to safely lift at least 25 pounds
  • Dementia or Alzheimer’s care experience is a plus
  • Comfortable working in homes with small dogs and cats
  • Ability to remain responsive to calls, texts, and emails regarding scheduling

Typical Caregiver Responsibilities

As a caregiver, you may provide a combination of companionship and hands-on assistance based on each client’s individual care plan. Responsibilities may include:

  • Spending time with clients and providing companionship
  • Assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and feeding
  • Helping clients maintain personal hygiene and daily routines
  • Providing medication reminders
  • Preparing meals and assisting with basic meal planning
  • Completing light household tasks such as laundry, changing linens, and tidying
  • Accompanying clients to appointments or helping with errands
  • Providing safe mobility and transfer assistance as needed
  • Following the client’s established care plan
  • Communicating changes or concerns to the appropriate office team member
  • Supporting families by providing dependable and compassionate care
