Our office is located in Tumwater, and we proudly serve Tumwater, Olympia, Yelm, Lacey, Shelton, and the surrounding areas. We offer multiple shifts and do our best to keep you working close to your preferred area.

HCA/CNA certification is a huge plus!

Not Certified?

We offer Home Care Aide (HCA) training! Start working right away while completing your HCA through a self paced and online training course.

Pay: $22.00/hr

What We’re Looking for in Caregiver Applicants:

Weekend availability EVERY weekend
Caregivers who are able to transport clients in their vehicle – we reimburse mileage!
Caregivers that can commute to Shelton, WA and Olympia/Tumwater, WA if looking for full-time hours
HCA or CNA certified caregivers (preferred)
Willingness to perform all levels of care including peri/personal hygiene care and transfers or be willing to learn!

Example shifts include (but are not limited to):

9 a.m.–4 p.m.
8 a.m.–1 p.m.
10 a.m.–12 p.m.
1 p.m.–4 p.m.
4 p.m.-8p.m.

Caregiver Job Duties:

Our caregivers support their clients in activities of daily living, including (but not limited to):

Household chores (cleaning, laundry, dishes, etc.)
Cooking and/or serving meals
Helping clients bathe, dress, and groom
Providing companionship through daily activities and hobbies
Driving clients (as needed) to the store or appointments
Monitoring and reporting on their condition

Requirements:

18 years of age or older
Ability to lift a minimum of 10 lbs. and up to 50 lbs. on rare occasions
Must own a smartphone capable of downloading and using a mobile app
Ability to pass a state and national background check
Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a clean driving record
Ability to complete state-required caregiver/HCA training as needed
