Registered Nurse or LPN - Yorktown

Job Description:

ENT and Allergy Associates (ENTA), one of the nation’s largest ENT, Allergy, and Audiology medical practices, is seeking a Allergy Nurse for our Yorktown office.

The Allergy Nurse role offers an opportunity to work with patients of all ages, encompassing a wide spectrum of care within our vibrant patient community. We offer a supportive work environment aimed at promoting professional growth and teamwork amongst health care providers.

 Hourly:

  • LPN – $33.09/hr
  • RN – $40/hr
  • BSN – $42.68/hr

Responsibilities:

  • Administer allergy injections and monitor patients
  • Perform allergy testing (food, environmental, venom, drug and chemical testing)
  • Conduct pulmonary function testing
  • Assist physician with patient care
  • Complete administrative responsibilities including insurance approvals, data entry, restocking clinical supplies
  • Respond to patient calls and messages

Requirements include:

  • Attention to detail
  • Competent working with computers

Education / Certification Requirements:

  • Active RN or LPN License (New grads welcome to apply)
  • BLS/CPR certification

Schedule:

  • Monday: 7:45am-5:00pm
  • Tuesday: 8:15am-6:30pm
  • Wednesday: 7:45am-4:45pm
  • Thursday: 7:45am-4:45pm
  • Friday: 8:00am-12:30pm
  • Saturday (when physician has hours): 8:00am - 12:00pm

What you will do Accurately completes all required clinical documentation consistently per Riverside Medical Group standards. Maintains documentation for quality assurance to include but not limited to point of care testing, medication logs and annual wellness visits.
