Prepares patients and families/caregivers for future self-management. What qualifications you will need: Graduate of an accredited diploma, associates, or baccalaureate degree registered nursing program. Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred. Responsibilities also include assessing the needs of the patient, providing age specific patient care based on assessment data, current knowledge/skills which include policies and procedures of the department and physician orders.
