RN Weekend Supervisor Position Summary

As a RN Weekend Supervisor at Ahava Healthcare of Clarksville, you'll be an essential part of our residents' care. Responsibilities include:

  • Assess resident needs, develop individual care plans, administer, and evaluate nursing care, and supervise CNAs and other nursing personnel on the unit.

  • Inform physicians of any changes in resident conditions.

  • Communicate with patients, family members, and the interdisciplinary team about care plan changes.

  • Maintain confidentiality of protected health information, including verbal, written and electronic communications.


RN Weekend Supervisor Requirements

  • Current unrestricted RN license for the state of Tennessee

  • Current CPR/BLS Certification
