Job Summary:

Maya Home Care is seeking an experienced and compassionate Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals in Salem County. Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality, personalized care and support to clients in their homes, in accordance with their individual needs and preferences
Assists clients with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by a healthcare provider
Monitor and report client progress to healthcare providers and family members
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure comprehensive, coordinated care
