About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to our clients in their homes. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Providing medication reminders and assistance with self-administration
• Assisting with transfers and mobility to prevent falls and injuries
• Encouraging socialization and providing companionship to our clients
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client care
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive care
