Successfully completes mandatory training. Responsible for attending annual/Semi-annual refresher/re-certification courses prior to certification expiration. Assists with house staffing needs and staff recruitment as required. Reviews client progress, coordinating and implementing shift objectives and making recommendations to the supervisor. Provides for the delivery of services such as skills training, job coaching, behavior management in accordance with the Individual Plan (IP) and/or treatment team. Provides coaching and leadership to LST’s to ensure that the therapeutic goals are met and that programs are facilitated in a respectful manner. Understands and ensures adherence to company policies and procedures; also ensure compliance with relevant external regulatory statutes and standards.
