About the Role:

As an In-Home Caregiver, you will play a vital role in improving our clients' quality of life by providing essential non-medical services such as:

• Companionship
• Light housework, including sweeping, mopping, and laundry
• Meal Assistance, including cooking and dishes
• Assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and using the restroom
• Medication reminders
• Weekly errand runs to the grocery store or bank

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Proven experience as a caregiver
• Excellent knowledge of emergency response and first aid (CPR)
• Knowledge of housekeeping activities and cooking with attention to dietary constraints
• Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards
• Respectful and compassionate nature
• Good time management skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong ethics
• Physical endurance
