Home Health Aide (HHA) – Orange County, NY

Rockaway Home Care is looking for compassionate and reliable Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide in-home support to clients throughout Orange County, New York.

We have clients across the county, including Middletown, Newburgh, Goshen, Port Jervis, Monroe, and surrounding Orange County communities.

Your Role

As a Home Health Aide with Rockaway Home Care, you'll provide personalized support that helps clients remain comfortable, safe, and independent in their own homes.

Depending on the client's needs and established plan of care, you may:

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

• Support activities of daily living (ADLs)

• Assist with mobility and transfers

• Prepare meals and assist with daily routines

• Provide medication reminders as permitted

• Complete light housekeeping related to client care

• Provide companionship and emotional support

• Observe and report changes in a client's condition

• Complete required documentation

• Follow the client's established plan of care
  

What You'll Need

• Valid New York State Home Health Aide (HHA) Certificate

• Authorization to work in the United States

• Dependable and professional approach to caregiving

• Compassion and respect for clients and their families

• Strong communication skills

• Previous home care experience preferred, but not required
