What You’ll Do as a Caregiver

As a SYNERGY HomeCare caregiver, you’ll provide compassionate non-medical home care that helps clients maintain their independence and quality of life.

Your responsibilities may include:

Providing companionship and meaningful social engagement
Assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Helping with light housekeeping and meal preparation
Providing medication reminders
Assisting with mobility and everyday routines
Accompanying clients to medical appointments or errands when needed
Building positive and professional relationships with clients, families, and coworkers
Providing dependable care by being punctual and consistently covering scheduled shifts

Job Requirements

Minimum of 1 year of professional caregiving experience
Must be at least 18 years old
California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration or willingness to register
Current TB clearance
Current CPR & First Aid certification
Successful completion of a required background check
