Responsibilities

Provide personal care and daily living assistance to clients, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility assistance
Assist with meal preparation, medication management, and vital sign monitoring
Support clients with ADL skills, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
Create a safe and supportive environment, adhering to SYNERGY HomeCare's policies and procedures
Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and caregivers
Communicate effectively with the care team, including daily reports and attendance tracking

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in healthcare or related field preferred
Proven experience in home care, personal care, or related field
Ability to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate and empathetic approach to client care

Position Summary The Weekend Caregiver will deliver supportive care and companionship during the weekend hours (day shifts currently available). This role is ideal for caregivers who prefer a weekend schedule and enjoy providing companionship, and assisting with household and personal care tasks.
