What You'll Do

As a Certified NP, you'll serve as a key clinical provider in LTACH setting, delivering high-quality care to patients while collaborating with an interdisciplinary healthcare team.

Your responsibilities include:

Performing comprehensive physical exams and reviewing medical histories
Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, including laboratory work and imaging
Diagnosing and managing acute and chronic medical conditions
Prescribing medications and developing individualized treatment plans
Collaborating with physicians, nurses, therapists, and facility staff
Educating patients and families on health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care
Documenting patient encounters accurately and efficiently in the electronic medical record
