Compensation: $165,000 per year
Schedule: Full-time | 7 Days On / 7 Days Off

What You'll Do
As a Certified NP, you'll serve as a key clinical provider in LTACH setting, delivering high-quality care to patients while collaborating with an interdisciplinary healthcare team.
Your responsibilities include:
- Performing comprehensive physical exams and reviewing medical histories
- Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, including laboratory work and imaging
- Diagnosing and managing acute and chronic medical conditions
- Prescribing medications and developing individualized treatment plans
- Collaborating with physicians, nurses, therapists, and facility staff
- Educating patients and families on health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care
- Documenting patient encounters accurately and efficiently in the electronic medical record
Who Should Apply?
The ideal candidate should be:
- Comfortable practicing in a complex inpatient hospital environment.
- Confident managing medically complex patients with multiple comorbidities.
- Familiar with ventilators, tracheostomies, respiratory failure, sepsis, and acute inpatient medicine.
- Comfortable recognizing and managing urgent clinical situations while working collaboratively with specialists.
- Familiar with electrolyte management, particularly in dialysis patients.
Qualifications:
- Current NP (or eligibility to obtain)
- Current DEA registration or willingness to obtain prior to start date
- Interest in geriatrics, internal medicine, family medicine, or post-acute care
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Self-motivated with a patient-centered approach
