Your Role:

  • Provide compassionate care with dignity and respect for each resident in our skilled nursing facility

  • Monitor vital signs and report changes in patient behavior to the nursing and medical team.

  • Treat and care for residents and their property with dignity and respect.

  • Ensure residents’ comfort, safety, and well-being in accordance with long-term care standards

  • Maintain reliable transportation and ensure punctuality for assigned shifts.

  • Routinely make rounds, providing responsive care and services to residents.

  • Perform other duties as assigned by management in a patient-centered care environment

Performs other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with the laws of the state of practice. Must be at least 18 years of age. Long term care experience preferred. Current CPR certification required. Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language.
