Fine Care Center (LPN) Licensed Practical Nurses are responsible for working under the supervision of doctors and RNs, performing duties such as taking vital signs, collecting samples, administering medication, ensuring patient comfort, and reporting the status of their patients to the nurses.

 

Requirements of the (LPN) Licensed Practical Nurse are as follows:

  • Active New York State LPN License
  • Physical
  • Current CPR certification

Current State License as a Licensed Vocational / Practical Nurse Graduate of an accredited Certificate, Diploma, or Associate School of Nursing 1 year of experience in a clinical care setting Ability to frequently lift, push, pull, and support up to 50 pounds, including positioning or transferring patients and moving equipment Must possess a valid driver's license, maintain an acceptable driving record, OR have reliable transportation to travel between patient homes and assigned work locations.
