Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality care to our residents, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being
• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor and report any changes in resident condition to the nursing staff
• Participate in our interdisciplinary team approach to achieve positive patient outcomes
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and activities
