Requirements for Staff Nurse:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing

  • Valid, unencumbered, state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), in the state of Massachusetts

  • Current CPR certification

  • One year of skilled nursing facility experience, preferred

  • Bilingual or Multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply

     

Job Duties for Staff Nurse:

  • Administer Meds, Complete Assessments, and ensure all necessary care is properly delivered to residents.

  • Assess residents and coordinate with Physicians on plan of care

  • Develop, Write, Execute, and Monitor Care Plans for resident safety and wellbeing.

  • Maintain safety of residents.

  • Follow appropriate regulatory guidelines.
