Responsibilities:

  • Provide nursing care in accordance with facility policies and state regulations

  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

  • Monitor residents’ health and report changes to the clinical team

  • Assist with admissions, assessments, care planning, and discharges

  • Supervise CNAs and ensure care is delivered with excellence and safety

  • Maintain accurate documentation in electronic health records

  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams

Qualifications:

  • Valid RN or LPN license in the state of Missouri (Required)

  • Graduate of an accredited RN or LPN program (Required)

  • Current CPR/BLS certification (Required)

  • Long-term care or rehab nursing experience (Preferred but not required)

  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
