Your Role:

Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents
Administer medications and treatments within your scope of practice
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure excellent resident outcomes
Monitor resident conditions and report changes appropriately
Promote restorative care and resident independence
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Support and mentor fellow nursing staff
Ensure resident comfort, dignity, safety, and well-being
