Your Role:

  • Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents

  • Administer medications and treatments within your scope of practice

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure excellent resident outcomes

  • Monitor resident conditions and report changes appropriately

  • Promote restorative care and resident independence

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation

  • Support and mentor fellow nursing staff
