Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse Supervisor to oversee our nursing team and ensure exceptional patient care across all shifts. As a supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a team of registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and certified nursing assistants to provide high-quality care to our patients.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and evaluate the performance of a team of registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and certified nursing assistants

  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality care standards and policies

  • Conduct staff orientation and training programs

  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans

  • Monitor patient satisfaction and develop strategies to improve outcomes

  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient care and outcomes

  • Provide leadership and guidance to the nursing team to ensure effective communication and collaboration

Requirements:

  • Current RN license in the state of Pennsylvania

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a senior care or community-based organization setting

  • Strong leadership and communication skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and circumstances
