As a Caregiver with Right at Home Northwest, you'll have the opportunity to create meaningful connections with seniors and adults with disabilities in the comfort of their own homes. Responsibilities and Duties:

Assist clients with activities of daily living, including personal care activities, light housekeeping, preparing meals, and accompanying them on errands or medical appointments
Provide companionship activities such as reading, music, puzzles, and more
Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
Assist with transfers, mobility, and other physical needs
Medication reminders and other support services as needed

Maintain reliable transportation

CNA license, Home Health Aide, and Personal Care Aide certification preferred

We offer multiple shifts and do our best to keep you working close to your preferred area. HCA/CNA certification is a huge plus; however, we offer paid HCA Training! Our HCA training program spans 2 weeks, running Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, at our Tumwater office. Completion of this program is required for candidates who are not currently certified as an HCA or CNA in the state of Washington. Pay: $22.00/hr Current needs: HCA or CNA certified caregivers Caregivers who are able to transport clients in their vehicle – we reimburse mileage!
