Job Summary:

Mineral Springs, a 95-bed skilled nursing facility, is seeking a compassionate and skilled Medication Nursing Assistant (MNA) to join our dedicated team! As a Medication Nursing Assistant (MNA) at Mineral Springs, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents. Medication Nursing Assistant (MNA) Shifts Available:

  • Per Diem Day Shift: 7:00 A.M - 3:00 P.M

  • Per Diem Evening Shift: 3:00 P.M - 11:00 P.M

  • Per Diem Night Shift: 11:00 P.M - 7:00 A.M

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately administer prescribed medications to residents, ensuring safety and compliance

  • Assist nursing staff in monitoring residents' well-being and reporting any health changes

  • Provide compassionate and personalized care to residents, supporting their daily needs

  • Foster a warm, respectful, and engaging environment to enhance the quality of life for all residents

  • Collaborate with team members to develop and implement individualized care plans

Requirements:

  • Active Medication Nursing Assistant (MNA) certification in the state of New Hampshire

  • Experience in a long-term care or assisted living facility preferred

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Compassionate, reliable, and dedicated to resident-centered care

What We Offer:

  • Sign On Bonus: Full Time $3,500, Part Time $1,750
