Join our team at Langdon Place of Exeter, a self-evacuate assisted living community committed to providing exceptional care and support to our residents. Position: Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA)

Compensation: $20 - $26 based on experience

Shifts: No set shift; as needed

Job Summary:

As an LNA, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include assisting residents with daily activities, monitoring and reporting on their health, and supporting nursing staff in delivering exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing daily personal care and assistance with activities of daily living

  • Safely positioning and transporting residents

  • Assisting with mealtime setup, feeding, and intake documentation

  • Delivering nutritional supplements and recording intake

  • Weighing residents and reporting changes promptly

  • Monitoring and reporting skin concerns such as pressure areas or tears

  • Supporting toileting programs and documenting care

  • Maintaining accurate flow sheets and progress notes

  • Communicating changes in resident condition to nursing staff

  • Assisting with admissions, discharges, and transfers

  • Participating in care plan meetings when assigned

  • Following infection‑control and safety protocols

  • Taking part in emergency drills and responding appropriately during emergencies

Your presence helps ensure residents feel safe, supported, and respected every day.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Licensed Nurse Assistant (LNA) certification in the state of New Hampshire

  • Compassionate and patient-focused attitude

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred but not required

  • Ability to meet physical demands (standing, lifting 35 lbs, etc.)

  • Willingness to work occasional weekends or holiday

Eligible full-time employees may elect Modified Compensation calculated at 10-20% of the base rate in lieu of select benefits.
