About the Role:

As a Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) at SYNERGY HomeCare of Mt. Laurel, you will be responsible for providing personal care and support services to clients in their homes. This includes:

Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Providing medication reminders and assistance with medication management
Assisting with transfers and mobility exercises
Monitoring vital signs and reporting changes to the healthcare team
Maintaining a safe and healthy environment for clients
Collaborating with healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans

Requirements:

Current certification as a Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA)
High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to effectively communicate with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable transportation and Valid Driver's License
