Position Summary

Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) provide direct nursing care, administer medications, supervise CNAs, and document resident care using electronic medical records while ensuring high-quality, compassionate care.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered

  • Provide direct nursing care and support to residents

  • Supervise and support CNAs to ensure quality care

  • Document resident care accurately using EMR

  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members

Qualifications

  • Current NYS LPN license (required)

  • CPR Certification (required)

  • Strong communication and clinical skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team

Compensation and Benefits

  • Pay Range: $27.00–$34.00 per hour

  • $2.00/hr shift differential

  • Weekly pay
