Caregiver – Starting at $17/hr + $50 Sign-On Stipend

  • Location: Clemson / Pickens / Oconee County, SC

  • Pay: Starting at $17.00 per hour (opportunity for increase based on experience, availability, and performance)

  • Schedule: Full-time & Part-time | Flexible shifts available | 12-hour shifts / 36-hour week preferred

Sign-On Incentive

$50 sign-on stipend paid after completion of the first two weeks of employment with a minimum of 30 hours worked and no no-call/no-shows.

Job Summary

We are seeking dependable, compassionate caregivers who are committed to providing high-quality, client-centered care. Our caregivers play a critical role in helping clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)

  • Provide personal care including hygiene, grooming, and mobility assistance

  • Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping and laundry

  • Offer companionship and emotional support

  • Monitor client safety and report changes to the care team

  • Follow individualized care plans and document daily activities

Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age

  • Minimum 1 years of caregiving experience (home care or facility-based)

  • Must reside in South Carolina

  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance

  • First Aid certification required per DHEC (paid training provided if needed)

  • Must pass background check and drug screening

  • Dependable, punctual, and professional

  • Able to meet the physical demands of caregiving, including lifting up to 50 lbs

Compensation & Benefits

  • Starting pay: $17.00 per hour
