Job site is determined by client need: Upper Arlington, Dublin, Powell, Hilliard, Lewis Center, Gahanna, New Albany, Delaware and Columbus.  

Training and Orientation: Work with dedicated staff who are committed to your growth and success. STNA not required.

Meaningful Work: Provide personalized care and companionship, promoting well-being and independence. Make a positive impact on seniors in a comfortable and familiar home environment.

Responsibilities: Follow personalized care plans. Ensure client's safety. Engage in meaningful conversations and provide emotional support. Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication reminders. Accompany clients to appointments and outings as needed.

Requirements: Demonstrate empathy and care in all interactions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be trustworthy, patient, and dependable. Ability to work independently and adapt to changing needs. Capable of performing caregiving duties.

Background: Prior caregiving experience preferred. All those with a compassionate heart should apply.
