Responsibilities:

  • Record accurate and detailed notes of client care and services provided

Requirements:

  • Current certification as a Home Health Aide (CHHA) in the state of New Jersey

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals

  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license (if applicable)
