Licensed Practical Nurse LPN Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care in accordance with established policies and procedures

  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding

  • Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team

  • Administer medications as prescribed by physicians

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment

  • Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to achieve patient-centered care goals

  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction

Licensed Practical Nurse LPN Requirements:

  • Current LPN licensure in the state of Florida

Ensures proper back office staffing scheduling, approves staff payroll and PTO, plans for and manages staffing shortages. Performs direct patient care duties as/when needed.
