Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Nursing professional to join our team at Meadow Falls of Middletown, an Assisted Living facility committed to providing exceptional patient care. As an essential member of our clinical team, you will play a vital role in delivering personalized care to our residents.

Responsibilities:

  • 12-hour shifts: 6-630 every other weekend, to ensure that our residents receive the highest level of care at all times.

  • Provide direct patient care, including vital sign monitoring, medication management.

  • Accurate documentation: Document patient care and test results with attention to detail, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Excellent communication: Collaborate with medical staff, patients, and families to provide exceptional care and support.

  • Fast-paced environment: Work effectively in a dynamic environment, prioritizing quality and accuracy in all tasks.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent: Required. Some college or associate's degree in a related field preferred.

  • Clinical experience: Prior experience in a clinical setting, with a background in Med Tech or a related role a plus.

  • Attention to detail: Accurately perform and document testing procedures.

  • Interpersonal skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients and medical staff.
