Job Summary:

As an In-Home Caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare Of The West Valley, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients. As a vital part of our caregiving team, you will provide compassionate and personalized care to individuals in their own homes. Responsibilities:

  • Provide non-medical care and support to clients in their homes, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

  • Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and laundry as needed

  • Escort clients to appointments and social events

  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients

  • Maintain accurate records of client care and communicate effectively with team members and family members

  • Demonstrate a commitment to maintaining the highest level of quality care and service to our clients

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (may be required for certain clients)

  • Ability to pass a background check and TB test
