Caregiver Responsibilities:

Our caregivers provide compassionate hands-on support to clients by assisting them with daily activities such as personal care, meal preparation, cleaning, mobility, medication reminders, transportation, and companionship.


Caregiver Requirements:

  • 18 years of age or older

  • Authorized to work in the US

  • Driver's license with vehicle

  • Some caregiving experience preferred

  • Ability to pass a background check

  • Ability to lift at least 50 lbs

Qualifications ● Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred. ● Must demonstrate compassion, patience, dependability, and professionalism. ● Must be able to communicate effectively with clients, families, and staff. ● Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions. ● Must successfully complete required background checks. ● Must meet all applicable state, Medicaid, and agency requirements for the position. ● CPR/First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain as required. ● Reliable transportation may be required depending on the assigned client/case. Physical Requirements The caregiver must be able to safely perform duties required by the client’s care plan, which may include standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting, transferring, and assisting clients with mobility.
