About the Role:

Aspire Senior Living Pleasant Hill is under new management & is dedicated to being a premier resident-focused care provider through the delivery of the highest quality personal care services in a warm, welcoming atmosphere. We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as an Assistant Director of Nursing. In this leadership role, Assistant Director of Nursing will play a vital part in overseeing the daily operations of our nursing department, ensuring the highest level of care and satisfaction for our residents.

Assistant Director of Nursing Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Director of Nursing, ensuring seamless communication and efficient daily operations

  • Collaborate with nursing staff to develop and implement effective care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident

  • Conduct daily rounds to monitor resident care, addressing any concerns or issues promptly

  • Supervise and mentor nursing staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality care

  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance resident care

  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as physicians and healthcare providers, to ensure seamless referrals and transitions

  • Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and professional standards

Assistant Director of Nursing Requirements:

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Missouri

  • Experience as a registered nurse, with a strong background in long-term care

  • Strong leadership and administrative skills, with experience in supervising nursing staff

  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities

  • Commitment to delivering high-quality resident care and promoting a positive, resident-focused culture
