We are hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our dynamic care team at Marlborough Hills Rehabilitation & Health Care Center! Up to a $2,000 sign-on bonus available!* Our CNA team provides routine daily nursing care to our residents, and we are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team. $21 to $28 an hour, including differentials and depending on the shift.

Job Summary:
As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Marlborough Hills Rehabilitation & Health Care Center, you will play a vital role in providing top-notch care to our residents. Your primary responsibilities will include providing routine daily nursing care, assisting with resident activities, and documenting resident care.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide routine daily nursing care to residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being

  • Assist with resident activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

  • Participate in planning and following current resident care plans

  • Document accurately and completely

  • Meet personal grooming needs for each resident

  • Promptly answer call lights and assure that all are placed within reach of the resident

Requirements:

  • Must have an active and unencumbered CNA license in Massachusetts, or be in the process of obtaining one

  • New graduates welcome!

  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language

  • Must possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such actions

  • Must be able to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, and the general public

  • Must have patience, tact, a cheerful disposition, and enthusiasm, as well as the willingness to handle difficult residents
