We are seeking compassionate, dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team. As a CNA, you will provide exceptional care and support to our residents while helping create a safe, engaging, and welcoming environment for residents, families, and fellow team members.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Provide assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and oral hygiene.

  • Assist residents with mobility, transfers, repositioning, and ambulation.

  • Observe, document, and report changes in residents' physical or emotional condition, including bruising, skin concerns, swelling, or other abnormalities.

  • Make occupied and unoccupied beds as assigned.

  • Ensure residents' comfort, dignity, and personal care needs are met throughout each shift.

  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, nurses, and other team members.

  • Follow all Morningside Elite Management policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

  • Perform other duties as assigned to support resident care and quality of life.

Schedule

  • Full-Time

  • 2:00 PM–10:00 PM or 10:00 PM–6:00 AM

  • Every other weekend required

Qualifications

  • Current CNA certification/licensure required.

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.

  • Previous experience in assisted living, long-term care, or memory care is preferred but not required.

  • Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing exceptional resident care.

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
