Key Responsibilities

The LPN Unit Manager is instrumental in ensuring smooth unit operations and high-quality resident care. Responsibilities include:

Supervising and supporting clinical staff on the assigned unit

Qualifications

To be considered, candidates must have:

An unencumbered Illinois Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
Current CPR certification
Minimum of two (2) years LPN experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility
Prior nursing leadership or unit management experience preferred
Five (5) years of LPN experience strongly preferred
