As a Caregiver, You Will

Provide compassionate, non-medical care in clients' homes
Assist with personal care and activities of daily living (ADLs)
Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping
Provide companionship and emotional support
Offer medication reminders
Build positive relationships with clients, families, and the office team
Arrive on time and provide reliable, high-quality care
Follow each client's individualized care plan while promoting their independence

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year of professional caregiving experience
Must be 18 years of age or older
Registered Home Care Aide (HCA) with the State of California, or willing to register
Current CPR & First Aid Certificate
Current TB clearance
Must successfully pass a background check
