About the Role:

As a Registered Nurse (RN) at Aspire Senior Living Webb City, you will play a vital role in our commitment to providing exceptional care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing direct patient care, including medication administration, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
• Developing and implementing individualized care plans in collaboration with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members
• Conducting assessments, developing interventions, and evaluating resident outcomes
• Maintaining accurate and thorough medical records
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care and effective communication
• Participating in quality improvement initiatives to advance our care standards

Requirements:

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Missouri

  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of gerontology and long-term care

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
