Job Summary:

Aspire Senior Living Webb City is seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team in providing exceptional care to our residents in our Restorative Care program. As a Restorative Nurse Assistant (RNA) on our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our seniors, while working in a warm and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

  • Assist with mobility and transfers, as well as provide range of motion exercises to residents

  • Monitor residents' conditions and report any changes or concerns to the nursing staff

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and activities

  • Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans

  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, promoting their overall well-being and quality of life
