Job Summary:

Aspire Senior Living Webb City is seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team in providing exceptional care to our residents in our Restorative Care program. As a Restorative Nurse Assistant (RNA) on our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our seniors, while working in a warm and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Assist with mobility and transfers, as well as provide range of motion exercises to residents
Monitor residents' conditions and report any changes or concerns to the nursing staff
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and activities
Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, promoting their overall well-being and quality of life
