Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Responsibilities

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will make a meaningful impact every day by:

  • Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene

  • Monitoring vital signs and accurately documenting resident information

  • Supporting residents during meals while encouraging independence and dignity

  • Observing and reporting changes in resident condition to the nursing team

  • Providing compassionate emotional support and companionship

  • Working collaboratively with nurses and the interdisciplinary healthcare team

  • Creating a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for every resident

Qualifications

  • Active North Carolina Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented attitude

  • Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing experience is a plus, but not required
