This position requires one 12-hour day shift and one 12-hour night shift a week. Overview Works under the supervision of the Director of Nursing and/or Nurse Managers and assumes responsibility for the smooth and effective operation of the hospital in the absence of the Administrator and/or Director of Nursing.
