RN / LPN Weekend Warrior Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in our Weekend Warrior Program, you will provide high-quality nursing care while helping ensure our residents receive the support, dignity, and attention they deserve.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide nursing care according to physician orders and individualized care plans

  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered

  • Monitor residents and promptly communicate changes in condition

  • Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation

  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members

  • Supervise and support CNAs as appropriate

  • Follow infection control, safety, and regulatory guidelines

  • Promote resident comfort, dignity, and quality of life

  • Provide compassionate, resident-centered care throughout your shift

Qualifications

  • Current Tennessee Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
