What You'll Do

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you'll provide hands-on care and support that helps our residents maintain their comfort, dignity, safety, and independence.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and dining

  • Assist with safe transfers, mobility, and repositioning

  • Monitor residents and report changes in condition to the nursing team

  • Measure and record vital signs as assigned

  • Provide companionship, encouragement, and emotional support

  • Maintain accurate and timely resident care documentation

  • Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable resident environment

  • Follow infection prevention, safety, and facility guidelines

  • Work closely with nurses and other team members to provide exceptional resident care

What We're Looking For

  • Current Tennessee Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification – Required

  • Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required

  • CPR/BLS certification preferred

  • Newly Certified CNAs Are Encouraged to Apply!
